1. Introduction

Welcome to negotiatorlab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of negotiation training for leaders: scripts, roleplays, planning offered by negotiatorlab.pro in 2025.

2. Scope

By enrolling in any negotiation training service, purchasing any info product or ordering any goods, you agree to these Terms.

3. Services

negotiatorlab offers live and online training sessions focused on negotiation techniques, roleplay exercises and strategic planning. Each session is scheduled upon confirmation and is delivered by qualified instructors.

4. Info Products

We provide digital materials such as e-books, templates and video tutorials related to negotiation strategies.

5. Goods

Physical items may include printed manuals, workbooks and roleplay kits shipped to your address.

6. Pricing and Payment

All fees are listed prior to purchase. Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our secure processor. negotiatorlab reserves the right to adjust pricing as needed.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Services

Requests to cancel or change the date of a scheduled service must be submitted at least 7 days before the session date via Contact Form. Cancellation requests made within this period are not eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your session to another available date once without additional charge.

7.2 Info Products

If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital material, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us via Contact Form. Once the material is downloaded or accessed, no refund will be granted.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are defective or damaged. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Form. You will be responsible for shipping the items back. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

8. Transfers

For services and info products, you may transfer your purchase to another individual within negotiatorlab community by notifying us at least 3 days before the service date or access date. Transfers are subject to our approval and availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum permitted by law, negotiatorlab and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, info products or goods.
